Mark has been working in the building and construction industry for over 28 years and founded Smith Projects in 2002. Initially serving his time as an apprentice and working his way up through the ranks in various trades has given him experience in a diverse range of high-end, new build, refurbishment, heritage listed and major fit out projects. He knows that effective client communication is essential to a project's successful outcome and he prides himself on the long standing relationships he has built over the years. Mark understands that each project is as individual as the requirements and expectations of the client and his vast experience working in complex, often occupied operating environments ensures that through open communication everyone is kept fully informed, any potential issues are addressed and ongoing operations are not disturbed. Mark loves being 'hands on' monitoring all stages of work with a strong emphasis on the finishes trades and fine detailing.
